PAST TENSE
Questions
We form past tense questions by placing did before the subject and changing the verb to its base form.
Example:
Statement: She went home.
Question: Did she go home?

Exercises
Part A — Yes/No Questions
Change the following past tense statements into questions as in the example.
Example:
Statement: She lived in Peru for two years.
Question: Did she live in Peru for two years?
